Valeria Lozano-Muncy, Attorney

Valeria works as an associate fiduciary litigation attorney in the areas of trusts, estates, guardianships, closely held entities, and other related litigation. Valeria assists James McNeel in handling claims by and against estate administrators, trustees, beneficiaries, guardians, powers of attorney, and general and limited partners related to breaches of fiduciary duties, challenges to documents based on lack of capacity and undue influence, and interpretation and modification of wills, trusts, and other agreements.

Valeria is a native Texan and attended The University of Texas at San Antonio where she studied politics and law. Valeria then attended St. Mary's School of Law School, where she earned her juris doctorate degree in 2024.

Valeria is a first-generation attorney who credits her humble beginnings to her parents, who instilled in her the values of hard work, perseverance, and resilience.
